Axis Bank has partnered with travel fintech Scapia to launch the Scapia Axis Bank Credit Card, a co-branded offering aimed at India’s growing base of digital-first travellers.

The new card combines spending, rewards and travel services within the Scapia app, allowing users to manage expenses, track rewards, book trips and redeem benefits through a single platform.

Available on both Mastercard and RuPay networks, the card is designed to provide a seamless digital experience for both domestic and international spending.

Under the rewards programme, cardholders can earn up to 10% rewards on eligible everyday spending and up to 20% rewards in the form of Scapia Coins on eligible travel bookings made through the Scapia platform. These rewards can be redeemed across flights, hotels, visa services, travel experiences, shopping and other offerings available on the platform.

Arnika Dixit, Group Head, Cards, Payments and Wealth Management at Axis Bank, said, By combining our capabilities in payments with Scapia’s travel ecosystem, we aim to create a more connected experience that goes beyond traditional co-branded offerings and delivers meaningful value across the customer journey.”

In addition to rewards, the Scapia app enables users to discover destinations, plan itineraries and book travel. The platform also features a travel-focused marketplace offering products and services tailored to travellers.

Anil Goteti, Founder and CEO of Scapia, said, “One app where users can spend, book their trips, shop for travel and earn rewards, all designed around the traveller. Our users have already taken Scapia to over 175 countries, and together with Axis Bank, we can now bring this experience to more Indians across the country.”

For international travellers, the card offers zero forex markup and includes a Smart Forex feature designed to provide greater visibility and control over overseas spending. Additional benefits include access to airport lounges, dining privileges and select premium retail offers.

Customers can complete onboarding digitally and manage their cards entirely through the Scapia app, reflecting the growing demand for mobile-first financial products.
