WealthAi, an AI operating system built for the wealth management industry, has launched WealthAi for Advisors, a new platform tailored for independent financial advisers and smaller advisory firms.

The new offering brings together functions that are typically spread across multiple software systems and standalone AI applications, including meeting note capture, client relationship management, document generation, compliance monitoring, market intelligence, and administrative workflows.

By combining these capabilities into a single integrated platform, WealthAi aims to help advisers improve productivity while reducing operational complexity.

“We’ve built an AI-powered CRM designed for wealth management that works with agents across administration and compliance. By bringing intelligence into a single platform across users and AI agents, smaller advice firms can access operational capabilities that have traditionally required much larger teams,” said Jason Nabi, founder and CEO of WealthAi.

WealthAi said the solution can be implemented within days and does not require firms to replace their existing practice management systems or undertake large-scale technology transformation projects.

The platform is designed to move advisory businesses beyond first-generation AI tools, such as standalone meeting note applications, by introducing an AI-native operating model that connects information, workflows, and business processes throughout the client lifecycle.

At the centre of the platform is WealthAi’s Client File, an AI-native client context and workflow layer developed specifically for wealth management firms. The system is supported by an AI Assistant that can access and work across client records, documents, emails, calendars, and market information.

Additional features include AI-powered meeting note generation, task management dashboards, document storage, automated form completion, document creation, integrated financial news and data, and compliance oversight tools.

WealthAi has also incorporated specialised AI agents that operate across compliance, risk management, research, investment, and operational functions. These agents can securely access relevant client information, identify required actions, update records, and help ensure that workflows remain aligned with internal policies and regulatory obligations.

The company said the platform creates a single, auditable view of client relationships by allowing advisers, compliance professionals, and authorised AI agents to work from the same underlying data.
