Marloo, the AI partner for financial advisers, announces its launch in the United States.
For decades, financial advisers have been sold software that promised to make their lives easier, with the CRM historically sitting at the centre of their technology stack. Despite this being the norm, that same CRM has always failed to solve the profession’s biggest challenge – it recorded work after it happened but has never done the work itself.
Advisers would spend hours preparing for meetings, producing advice documents, managing follow-ups, completing forms, monitoring compliance requirements, and maintaining client records. The administrative load weighed them down. Marloo was built on a different premise: to provide advisers with the software they actually deserve and where work gets done.
Rather than acting as another productivity layer on top of existing systems, Marloo is the platform that comes after the CRM. Meeting preparation, letter reviews, client communication, time-consuming forms, and compliance workflows are all completed in a single system built specifically for the way advice firms operate.
While much of the AI market for financial advice has focused solely on notetaking and meeting summaries, Marloo believes the larger opportunity lies beyond the meeting itself. Work that can often consume the best part of a working day can be reduced to less than an hour with Marloo, enabling advisers to spend more time delivering advice, and less time working through the burden of admin work.
Marloo’s arrival in the United States, the world’s largest financial advice market, follows a year of rapid growth for the business. In twelve months, the company has onboarded more than 900 advisory firms across eight countries, grown revenue by more than 40% month-on-month, and expanded to four new markets. Advisers use Marloo 25 times per week on average, with customer churn having remained close to zero since launch.
Commenting on the launch, Hardy Michel and Shakeel Lala, Co-Founders of Marloo, said: “The CRM became one of the most important pieces of software in financial advice, but it also created one of the profession’s biggest frustrations. Advisers spend enormous amounts of time maintaining systems that are supposed to help them, when in reality too much of the work still happens outside the software. This archaic approach is well and truly outdated.
We think the profession deserves something fundamentally better. Advisers do not need yet another system to update, another dashboard to manage, or another AI assistant helping them with meeting notes. Marloo is where work gets done and allows advisers to focus on what matters most: helping clients make better decisions. This is what we are bringing to the United States.”
