Rezolv raises $12.5m Series A to scale AI-powered lending platform
By Puja Sharma
AI-native lending technology company Rezolv has raised $12.5 million in a Series A round as it looks to expand its AI capabilities across lending and collections. The round was led by Norwest, with participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India and existing backer 3one4 Capital.
The latest funding comes around a year after Rezolv raised $3.5 million in seed funding in March 2025, giving the company additional capital to scale its technology and customer base.
Rezolv plans to deploy the new funding towards strengthening its AI capabilities across multiple stages of the lending lifecycle, including customer acquisition, risk assessment, underwriting and collections. The company is positioning its platform as an end-to-end technology layer that can automate lending workflows while helping financial institutions improve efficiency and borrower engagement.
Founded in October 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, Rezolv was established by the former co-founders of digital lending platform Kissht. The company provides technology designed to streamline lending and collections, covering processes ranging from onboarding and welcome calls to repayment management and recovery.
Its platform combines AI, analytics and digital engagement tools to help banks and NBFCs automate parts of their lending operations. Collections remains a key area of focus, with the company aiming to help lenders improve borrower communication and recovery outcomes through technology-led workflows.
Rezolv says it has established partnerships with more than 22 banks and NBFCs, including ICICI Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Bajaj Auto Credit and Five-Star Business Finance.
The company claims its platform currently supports collections across more than 12 million loan accounts and facilitates around 6.5 million minutes of borrower interactions each month. According to Rezolv, lenders using its technology have recorded improvements of around 35% in bounce and resolution rates.
The fresh funding comes as lenders increasingly look towards AI to automate repetitive processes and improve decision-making across the credit lifecycle. For Rezolv, the opportunity extends beyond collections, with its platform designed to bring AI-led automation into customer acquisition, underwriting, risk assessment and post-disbursal engagement.
The company will now focus on expanding its technology capabilities and strengthening its presence among banks and NBFCs as demand grows for more intelligent and automated lending infrastructure.
