RWA.LTD has secured a strategic investment from Luda Technology Group as the Hong Kong-based platform looks to expand its consumer token infrastructure and broader Web3 ecosystem across Asia.

The investment was completed on 28 May 2026 and marks Luda’s entry into the consumer token sector. RWA.LTD said the transaction reflects increasing interest from traditional industries in blockchain-based consumer and digital asset infrastructure.

Unlike many real-world asset tokenisation platforms focused on financial products, RWA.LTD is positioning itself around consumer tokens linked to goods and services. The company describes consumer tokens as digital certificates representing specific consumer rights and interests rather than securities, payment instruments or governance tokens.

RWA.LTD launched its beta platform in September 2025 and officially went live in March 2026. Since launch, the platform has supported several tokenised consumer projects spanning media services, coffee products and jewellery offerings. The company also said its ecosystem marketplace, Winpoint Mall, has expanded to more than 80 participating brands.

The company recently integrated with Pharos to support lower-cost blockchain issuance and transaction processing across EVM-compatible networks.

Luda operates across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas in sectors including manufacturing, chemicals and shipping. RWA.LTD said additional investors considering participation in the financing round include venture capital firms and family offices from the United States, Japan and Hong Kong.

The investment highlights growing interest in tokenisation infrastructure and blockchain applications that connect traditional commercial businesses with emerging digital asset ecosystems.
