Performativ secures $14m to scale AI wealth platform
By Parth Prabhudesai

Performativ has raised $14 million in a Series A funding round led by Deutsche Börse Group, with participation from Rabo Investments, as well as existing investors including FinTech Collective and Denmark’s EIFO.
Founded in 2020, Performativ is building an AI-native operating system for wealth managers, aiming to replace fragmented legacy systems across front, middle, and back offices with a unified, cloud-based platform. Its solution integrates portfolio management, analytics, compliance, reporting, trading, and multi-custodian data into a single system, supported by embedded AI to automate manual workflows.
The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate expansion in the enterprise segment, particularly targeting private banks and large financial institutions. It also aims to strengthen its infrastructure to handle more complex data requirements, higher transaction volumes, and evolving regulatory standards as it scales across Europe.
“We are proud to partner with Deutsche Börse Group as the new lead investor,” said Albert Geisler Fox, CEO of Performativ. “With this investment, we will cement our position within the enterprise segment, bringing our technology to private banks and large-scale wealth managers.”
Performativ has already established a presence across Europe, serving a range of wealth and asset managers. The latest funding marks a shift toward deeper engagement with larger institutions that require scalable and integrated technology solutions.
Christian Kromann, Executive Board member at Deutsche Börse Group, said the investment aligns with its broader strategy. “We are excited to invest in Performativ as we continue to build a comprehensive ecosystem for the buy side and support the transformation of the investment management industry.”
The deal highlights growing demand for AI-driven, end-to-end platforms in wealth management, as firms look to modernise operations and improve efficiency in an increasingly complex regulatory and data environment.
