Sandstone TechnologySandstone Technology and Chetwood Bank win IBSi Digital Banking Award 2025, in collaboration with Chetwood Bank, has secured the IBSi Digital Banking Award 2025 in the Customer and Program Impact category. The recognition highlights the successful rollout and tangible business outcomes of Chetwood’s enhanced digital savings platform, developed in partnership with Sandstone Technology.

Deployed in under seven months, the platform has fully automated the customer onboarding process and significantly improved the user experience. Since the launch, Chetwood Bank has recorded a 39% increase in customers completing the application journey and opening savings accounts, underscoring the platform’s operational efficiency and customer-centric design.

This year’s IBS Intelligence Awards drew over 100 nominations and participation from more than 20 technology vendors across five categories, making the competition especially intense. Chetwood and Sandstone’s joint win underscores how a well-aligned technology partnership can deliver measurable results and transformative outcomes.
