trunarrativeFinancial crime platform TruNarrative has teamed up with identity document solutions provider TrustID in a bid to integrate the expert document review service into the former’s platform. The collaboration is expected to offer an expert document review into TruNarrative’s onboarding strategies, verify identity, detect fraudulent documentation and gain insight on informed onboarding decisions.

“TrustID is an important partnership, they bring a wealth of experience and knowledge that our customers can use as an alternative or enhancement to automated document review, allowing internal fraud teams to make informed onboarding decisions,” said Andy Pearson, Head of Data partnerships, TruNarrative.

According to TruNarrative, the partnership will also integrate its technology into TrustID’s platform, delivering TrustID customers access to KYC, address verification, and PeP’s and Sanction checks. TrustID offers expert review service combining human analysis and machine processing to verify identity documents. Its document analysis team accurately analyse identity documents to provide a detailed report evaluating their validity.

“We are delighted to partner with TruNarrative and offer their customers access to our expert document review service. During these challenging times, it’s crucial for firms to ensure they have robust identity document processes in place. By integrating our offerings, we can help give clients confidence that the identity documents which they are seeing are genuine and they have an effective way to detect fraudulent documents,” said Tony Machin, CEO, TrustID.

Recently, TruNarrative and SEON teamed up to allow the former’s users to utilise SEON’s data for making onboarding decisions. The integration offers TruNarrative customers access to SEON’s email, phone, device intelligence and IP data, enabling them to establish the digital footprint of end-users, building a customer risk score to make automated and manual decisions.
