Zoyo Limited, has partnered with Velexa, to power its forthcoming digital securities broking services. The partnership is a step in Zoyo’s growth journey, positioning the company at the forefront of global wealth management innovation.

Scheduled for launch in the first half of 2026, Zoyo’s new trading solution will be underpinned by Velexa’s white-labelled technology, delivering a secure, scalable, and compliant platform tailored to the needs of high-net-worth individuals. Designed for seamless access to equities listed on international markets, the platform brings together Zoyo’s vision of multi-asset, cross-border investing with Velexa’s proven infrastructure and market expertise.

The initiative reinforces Zoyo’s alignment with London’s role as a global financial hub and responds to the growing demand among internationally connected investors for advanced, frictionless trading experiences. The company’s recent LSE listing further demonstrates its long-term commitment to the UK’s financial services sector and its ambition to act as a bridge between international markets.

“Our listing on the London Stock Exchange and partnership with Velexa mark the beginning of Zoyo’s next growth chapter,” said Ivy Wang, Executive Director and CEO of Zoyo Limited. “With Velexa’s technology at the core of our new platform, we are able to deliver a secure, compliant and scalable solution on a global scale that redefines how investors engage with capital markets.”

At launch, the platform will enable trading in stocks and ETFs across the US, UK, and Hong Kong exchanges, with future expansion planned to encompass additional asset classes and wealth management solutions. Built on Velexa’s multitenant architecture, the solution will give Zoyo the agility to roll out new products across asset classes, introduce customised engagement channels for investors, and support differentiated services for a wide range of client segments.

Tamara Kostova, CEO of Velexa, commented, “We are proud to partner with Zoyo as they expand their footprint as an LSE-listed FinTech. Our technology is built to support ambitious firms like Zoyo in offering sophisticated, multi-market investing experiences to high-net-worth clients and beyond.”

Through this partnership, Zoyo aims to redefine digital wealth management by combining institutional-grade infrastructure with customer-centric innovation, creating a transformative platform for the next generation of elite investors.
