Vilja and FPT Software join hands to drive innovation in digital banking

Vilja and FPT Software, a technology provider, have announced a strategic partnership to drive digital banking innovation with Southeast Asia expansion.

Vilja CEO Fredrik Ulvenholm and FPT Software Sweden CEO Ngoc Anh Pham signed the agreement at the Vietnam-Sweden Business Forum in Stockholm, Sweden, last Friday.

Leveraging FPT Software’s deep technical expertise and global reach, this partnership will introduce Vilja’s cloud-native core banking platform to global enterprises, with an initial focus on Asia’s rapidly growing digital economy.

As part of its expansion plans, Vilja is set to establish a new development centre in Asia dedicated to pioneering innovations that cater to the evolving demands of digital banking, particularly in areas like deposits and loans.
