Velexa, the embedded investing technology company, has partnered with CSB Investors Group, a diversified financial services and FinTech group, and has launched its multi-tenant enterprise investment platform. The deployment is powering four regulated financial institutions across the UK, Malta, Mauritius, and the Cook Islands, representing a significant step forward in the digital transformation of global wealth and investment management.

The platform brings together three brokerage houses and a private bank on a single, scalable infrastructure, enabling each institution to deliver next-generation investment services while addressing the specific needs of their markets. By offering seamless access to a wide spectrum of asset classes, including equities, ETFs, and mutual funds, the solution equips institutions to modernise client experiences, diversify revenue streams, and strengthen their market positioning in line with evolving investor expectations and regulatory requirements.

“This partnership ensures rapid implementation, regulatory alignment, and a consistent client experience, empowering each entity to deliver modern investment services with operational efficiency and scalability all within secure, locally compliant environments,” said Stephen Hawksworth, CEO of a Mauritius-based broker.

The initiative underscores the ability of digital-first platforms to support a wide range of financial services models, spanning broker-dealers, private banking, and wealth management. Through a multi-tenant architecture, participating institutions are now able to extend digital investment opportunities to a broad investor base, from retail clients seeking self-directed tools to high-net-worth individuals and professional traders demanding sophisticated capabilities.

Tamara Kostova, CEO of Velexa, said, “This go-live is not just a technical achievement we see it as a testament to our vision of democratising investing globally. By supporting four financial institutions in parallel, each with distinct business models and regional priorities, we’re proving that modern investing infrastructure can be both powerful and flexible. The implementation reaffirms Velexa’s position as a trusted partner for banks, brokerages, and FinTech firms aiming to stay ahead in a fast-evolving wealth management landscape.”

The successful deployment demonstrates the strategic importance of building future-ready, customer-centric investment infrastructure, aligning innovation with regulatory compliance and creating meaningful opportunities for investors worldwide.
