Unlisted AssetsUnlisted Assets has launched an end-end tech-enabled liquidity platform for secondary transactions of unlisted shares for retail users.

The objective behind this platform is to democratize unlisted investments through tech integration and provide safe and secure transactions through Bank escrow mechanisms.

Today, retail investors in the Unlisted market are associated with the risk of liquidity. To overcome this issue, this platform provides liquidity to unlisted shareholders as Investors enter the unlisted market with the intention of selling their shares when the IPO occurs, but sometimes the IPO gets delayed for a variety of reasons, making it challenging for such investors to sell their shares at a profit. It enables monetization opportunities for all unlisted stakeholders where it is tough to get liquidity pooled against unlisted shares/ESOP of unlisted companies including Pre-IPO, SME Companies, and Start-ups.

The platform gives access to financial data and business updates of Pre-IPO Companies. Unlisted Assets also provide services related to the valuation of holdings in unlisted shares through an expert team of valuers to help them with customized valuation reports.

With the help of this platform, investors can transact seamlessly and transparently in unlisted shares with just 4 easy clicks and instantly buy from 200 plus Pre-IPO companies on the marketplace and can also buy/sell as low as 1 share. The transaction on the Platform is backed by bank-supported Escrow and is validated by a SEBI-registered trustee thereby enhancing the trust of the Users.

Speaking on the announcement, the founder of Unlisted Assets, Manish Khanna said, “Unlisted Assets brings the revolutionary change in the unlisted shares ecosystem by empowering the users to access various financial tech tools for access to the relevant information on unlisted companies, verified user base and faster processing of share transfer through automation on the Platform through Bank escrow supported mechanism. It’s a one-stop solution for investing in unlisted markets.”

“Soon, we will also launch India’s first B2B platform for Institutional Investors (PE/VC Funds, brokering arms of Banks, Large Wealth Outfits, and Family Offices), Companies, and Intermediaries for buying & selling Unlisted Shares in bulk trades anonymously deal matching between buyers and sellers. This Platform will enable an increase in deal closures, reduce timeline & efforts and increase revenues for market participants.”
