Ultimus Fund Solutions has expanded its six-year partnership with Xceptor to deliver faster processing, enhanced data accuracy, and greater operational agility across its global operations.

Xceptor’s award-winning automation technology is now fully embedded into uSUITE®, Ultimus’ proprietary digital ecosystem, enabling straight-through processing across all applications. Leveraging robotic processing, machine learning, and APIs, the platform automates data ingestion, aggregation, and reconciliation significantly reducing risk and manual intervention. This integration empowers clients with rapid, accurate reporting, seamless data integrations, and self-service access.

Jason Stevens, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Ultimus, said, “Xceptor’s automation capabilities have drastically reduced the time required for our fund accountants to process data, transforming tasks that previously took hours into seconds. It allows us to deliver faster, more accurate information to clients, improving both productivity and the overall experience.”

With Xceptor, Ultimus can monitor and ingest trading and other financial data from multiple sources, manage nominal exceptions within the application, and maintain a fully automated data lifecycle. The platform also enables customised solutions for client-specific needs, from advanced reporting to proprietary application builds.

“Fund administrators operate in a complex and dynamic landscape with vast datasets across multiple sources. Our expanded engagement with Ultimus sets a new industry standard in operational efficiency and accuracy,” said Grant Coombe, Chief Revenue Officer, Xceptor.

This strategic expansion reinforces Ultimus’ commitment to innovation and client-centric service, positioning the firm at the forefront of digitally driven fund administration.
