UK-based digital bank selects Tx for automation & functional testing
By Gloria Methri
TestingXperts (Tx), a Digital Assurance and Quality Engineering provider, has been selected by a UK-based digital bank as an automation and functional testing partner. The client offers tips, tools, and personalized recommendations to provide access to simple and fair mortgage and savings products.
The digital bank does not have a standardized testing process for its applications, which is affecting its app’s functionalities. Due to differences in testing approaches, the app was incapable of going into production. The client also faced several problems in the reporting mechanism, as it could not fetch the relevant data, leaving them clueless about analytics.
In this partnership, Tx aims to improve the functional test coverage of the digital bank’s applications and improve overall functionality. Tx will standardize the client’s QA processes by implementing a test automation framework. It will deploy an offshore QA model and use a methodological approach to conduct regular knowledge transfer sessions with its internal teams and improve its test coverage to optimize its applications. The move aims to reduce overall QA cost by approximately 25%, improve time-to-market, enhance their reporting capabilities, and improve CX.
Regarding the new client win, Manish Gupta, CEO of Tx, said, “We are looking forward to working with the leading digital banking services provider in the UK and helping them improve their customer experience. Combining our expertise in the banking domain with our next-gen testing capabilities, we aim to solve their app functionality issues to improve their go-to-market strategy and improve RoI.”
Tx specializes in quality engineering and testing services that encompass QA/Test Advisory and functional and non-functional testing and are tailored to meet the demands of next-gen technologies. The specialization also extends to Automation, Digital, DevOps, Agile, Web, Mobility, AI/ML, RPA, Blockchain, IoT, and Big Data.
