Tuum opens London office, appoints Giorgio Daher as Sales Director

Tuum, London, Estonia, Giorgio Daher, UK Sales DirectorTuum, a Tallinn-based core banking platform has appointed Giorgio Daher as UK Sales Director and opened a base in London. The company says the appointment is part of its strategy to support the strong demand for Tuum’s technology in the UK.

The FinTech company is rapidly expanding its customer base across Europe and has increased its Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by 388% over the last 12 months.

Founded in 2019, Tuum’s cloud-agnostic platform allows financial service providers to quickly and easily roll out new financial products and services. The firm has increased its headcount by 35% over the last 12 months, growing from 65 employees in late 2021 to more than 100 today.

Daher, who has held roles with Gartner, IBM, and Thompson Reuters, will look to extend Tuum’s customer base among both financial institutions and FinTechs. He will add to the company’s list of customers in the UK, which include LHV UK, Fiinu, and Payally.

Giorgio has a strong academic background in finance, holding an Executive Ph.D. from Université Paris Dauphine. He has written a Ph.D. thesis and a book, which is soon to be published by De Gruyter, on the subject of Banking in the age of platform economy.” In addition, Giorgio is a visiting lecturer in banking at EM Normandie Business School’s campus in Oxford.
