TrustQuay today signed an agreement with Luxembourg-based Centralis, allowing the latter to migrate its existing multiple systems to TrustQuay NavOne. Centralis’ clients will also be able to use TrustQuay Portal for gaining an unified view across all their structures, including corporate entities and wealth trust assets. The agreement will also see technology provider MBS offer its content management and process automation system – Laserfiche.

Laserfiche will enable all documents to be securely and effectively managed and, together with NavOne, will allow business processes to be automated as a core part of Centralis’ plans for digital transformation.

Aidan Foley, Chief Executive of Centralis, commented, “Following a competitive selection process, TrustQuay stood out as the best solution in all respects compared to the competition to deliver the scalability we need to support both our organic and inorganic growth plans. We were impressed by TrustQuay’s product investment and future roadmap, including the new TrustQuay Portal, which will allow us to leverage all our existing data, providing our end-clients with complete access to their information in a controlled and secure way.

“In addition, Laserfiche has proven itself as an excellent document management system with impressive process automation capabilities. Together, NavOne and Laserfiche will enable Centralis to improve operational effectiveness and give our clients faster, better service than ever.”

Centralis is an outsourced corporate services provider. The Group specialises in providing a wide range of bespoke corporate, treasury, fund, infrastructural and debt administration services to multi-national organisations, private equity houses, international fund structures, real estate firms and private individuals looking to establish a presence in one of our many locations.

Keith Hale, Executive Chairman of TrustQuay, commented, “We are delighted to expand our client base in Luxembourg by partnering with Centralis, one of the leading international providers in the corporate services market. This follows the recent investment in our Luxembourg operations with our office opening in 2020 and new appointments to the local team. As we enter 2021, we expect to see an acceleration of providers digitally transforming their businesses as well as their client engagement, and we look forward to working closely with Centralis to support them on this journey.”

Rupert Leaton, Managing Director of MBS, commented, “Centralis has ambitious plans to use technology to deliver world-leading client service and operational performance. I am thrilled that Centralis has chosen MBS to be a partner on this exciting journey, working closely with TrustQuay. MBS will provide Laserfiche, which is widely used in the wealth management sector worldwide and has proven capabilities to help Centralis achieve digital transformation.”

Recently, TrustQuay announced an agreement with UK-based LGL Group in a bid to migrate its business onto the NavOne system. The new deal will see LGL centralise all its business onto NavOne for providing a single, integrated global technology solution across Jersey, London and Luxembourg for its fiduciary and funds clients. LGL will also benefit from NavOne’s service, supporting its growth.
