tietoevrySparebanken Møre, a Norwegian savings bank, has selected the TietoEVRY WealthMapper to enhance mobile and web self-service capabilities for its customers. Sparebanken Møre aims to enable its clients to maximize their savings and investments while simultaneously improving the portal experience.

“Wealth management is a strategically important area for the bank, where we have high expectations for market growth,” said Trond Moldskred, Head of Wealth Management at Sparebanken Møre.” One success criterion to achieve this is a modern and interactive self-service tool that provides our customers with a complete overview of their total wealth portfolio. TietoEVRY WealthMapper is a great fit for our immediate and future needs. It will enable us to harness the power of innovation that the open ecosystem approach promotes, while creating a ’wow factor’ through increased customer engagement.”

According to TietoEVRY, the new WealthMapper platform is expected to enhance visibility, accessibility and actionability by customers in a self-service format. Furthermore, wealth management advisors will be able to provide customers with improved services and financial advice using the platform’s engagement capabilities and tools.

“WealthMapper will help Sparebanken Møre to strengthen existing customer relations and grow their business,” said Sameer Datye, Head of Insurance & Wealth Solutions at TietoEVRY. “The solution will enable them to engage with their customers in the channel of their choice and at the same time provide robust and engaging advisory support. With our open ecosystem partners, it will be possible to deliver the latest technology as well as distribution accelerators to the market smoothly and cost-efficiently”.

Recently, TietoEVRY entered into a strategic agreement with Norwegian bank Eika Alliance. The agreement focuses on the delivery of next-generation core banking and payment solutions, including card services and digital channels. The agreement comes into effect on 18 December 2020 and runs for five years from when all the Eika banks have migrated to TietoEVRY.
