SUNRATE announces strategic partnership with travel company, Agoda
By Leandra Monteiro
FinTech company SUNRATE, a global treasury and payment management platform, announced its partnership with Agoda. SUNRATE will integrate its online travel solution with the global digital travel platform.
During the recent ITB Asia 2022, SUNRATE shared with travel industry stakeholders how its comprehensive online travel solution, comprising virtual card issuance, is transforming travel payments. For example, any online travel agency can easily set spending limits, define usage and choose the supplier using a virtual card. This gives the travel partners full control over how expenses are allocated and monitored.
Also, technology, such as application programming interfaces (APIs), has eliminated the possibility of card information being abused when it is provided, thanks to the fact that it offers a limited window of use for a single card. SUNRATE is certified according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1.
“At SUNRATE, we are committed to constantly innovating our offerings so that we can finally be the one-stop-shop B2B partner in the travel industry, meeting different business needs for our partners and customers. We look forward to working with an even greater number of partners from the travel industry and other sectors,” said Shawn Qin, head of SUNRATE’s card business.
