Leek United has selected SBS to provide a cloud-based managed service offering, as well as contracting to implement a new digital savings platform later in 2021.

“As a long and trusted partner of Leek United Building Society, we are delighted to be given the opportunity to deliver a digital savings platform alongside a fully comprehensive Managed Service securely hosted on the cloud. According to Sopra, it will provide Leek United with its newly launched fully integrated digital savings portal to support new to Building Society customer applications and comprehensive servicing capabilities to provide consumers with the excellent customer experience they receive through the other channels that Leek United operate.

John Kelly, Operations Director at Leek United Building Society commented, “We are delighted to extend our relationship with SBS to now include their cloud-based managed service offering and digital savings solutions. We carried out extensive research on what Leek United’s customers are looking for in digital and, following a full market review, selected Sopra Banking Software. We were very impressed with their new digital platform and their ongoing commitment to digital.”
