Software Start-up Machint launches FinTech platform Uluka

Hyderabad- based software start-up Machint Machint, Uluka, FinTech, Digital, Start-upSolutions, has launched a new FinTech Uluka, a digital platform that helps financial organizations enhance the customer engagement process.

According to media reports, Rajesh Sanakkayala, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Machint Solutions, said that Uluka is designed to target the retail banking, business banking, insurance and wealth management sectors. The app is also aimed at heling clients build stronger customer relationships and strengthen brand loyalty. The app will be made available on app stores soon.

“In the current scenario, customers expect financial institutions to deliver contextually relevant and personalised services. Uluka comes at a time when it is becoming necessary for financial institutions to transform their rigid processes digitally. Built in association with the world’s leading low code automation platform Appian, Uluka caters to enterprise-wide requirements, across multiple geographies and in line with dynamic regulatory requirements. Financial institutions are plagued by lack of standard processes, poor adherence with compliances, and outdated technological infrastructure,” said Rajesh Sanakkayala, CEO & founder of Machint Solutions according to media reports.

The launch was formally inaugurated by Telangana Home Minister Mohd Mahmood Ali along with Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy, Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, and Chevella MP Dr G Ranjith Reddy. The FinTech app is powered to cater to requirements of multiple enterprises, across multiple geographies.

The three-year-old Hyderabad-based firm has about 250 employees. The company also recently launched a sales management solution ‘vGro’, which is powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning.
