Software Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, marking a significant milestone in advancing digital transformation across the public and private sectors.

The partnership sets the stage for a comprehensive collaboration in financial technology, targeting government institutions and institutional clients with cutting-edge digital infrastructure and emerging technologies. The agreement further establishes a framework for future cooperation across Africa, Asia, and the GCC, including the co-launch of innovative digital products, consulting services, and solutions designed for institutional needs, with a particular emphasis on e-governance and identity management.

Software Group will leverage its DigiWave Platform as the foundational technology, integrating a suite of ready-to-deploy tools, including agency banking, e-government services, digital wallets, super apps, mobile factoring, disbursement platforms, and system integration solutions, delivering end-to-end digital transformation for financial and governmental institutions.

Kalin Radev, CEO of Software Group, said, “This partnership reflects our shared commitment to driving inclusive digital transformation in the public and private sectors. By combining Software Group FinTech expertise with ELM’s trusted digital platforms, we are creating a powerful foundation for innovation, security, and citizen-centric services.”

Majed bin Saad AlArifi, Executive Vice President of Marketing, ELM, said,  “We are proud to partner with Software Group to co-develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of government entities. Together, we aim to deliver scalable technologies that enhance operational efficiency and public trust.”

This collaboration exemplifies the convergence of financial technology and digital innovation, delivering transformative solutions that empower governments and institutions to achieve operational excellence, enhance citizen experiences, and accelerate financial inclusion on a global scale.
