Rose Merc Limited acquires 30.01% stake in Pezon.in

Rose Merc Limited has agreed to acquire a 30.01% stake in Virtual Gain Technologies Private Limited, the company behind digital platform Pezon.in, for ₹1 crore ($107,862.50).
The investment marks Rose Merc’s entry into India’s FinTech sector and is aimed at expanding its presence in digital financial services. Pezon.in is developing a platform focused on payments infrastructure, peer-to-peer transactions and wallet-based financial tools, alongside broader technology-driven financial services.
The platform is designed to simplify access to digital finance while supporting scalability across payment and platform-led use cases. Its offering includes digital payments, merchant tools and financial infrastructure services.

The partnership is expected to focus on accelerating product development, strengthening partnerships and supporting market expansion.
