RIMES Technologies today announced the appointment of three new C-suite executives. The hires include Alex Myers, Chief Product Officer, Scott Miller, Chief Revenue Officer and Matthew Bagley, Chief Financial Officer.

Alex Myers previously worked at Exact Software where he led Strategy and Product functions along with overseeing business transformation activities. Prior to that, he worked closely with a number of leading technology investors at Achilles Information and McKinsey & Company. Alex has joined RIMES with an aim to further develop its Benchmark Data ServiceSM and RegFocusSM offerings.

Scott Miller joins from T-Rex Group, where he was Chief Business Development Officer. Previously, he was CRO at FactSet, and held several roles at Bloomberg, including COO Enterprise Products & Solutions and Head of Sales. Scott brings a wealth of experience in offering leading client services to RIMES.

Matthew Bagley, prior to joining RIMES, was CFO of eFront, where he managed the LBO sale to Bridgepoint in 2015 and, subsequently, the sale of eFront again to Blackrock in 2019.

Christian Fauvelais, CEO at RIMES, commented, “We’re growing our Executive team with some of the very best in the field to help us take this exciting next step. The needs of our clients are evolving rapidly, and with the aid of Alex, Scott and Matt we’re going to continue to help them thrive. Over the past year at RIMES we have been reimagining what excellent enterprise data management looks like for our clients, and these new hires will help us go to market and achieve our Full Potential Plan.”

Recently, RIMES announced the launch of the RIMES RegFocusSM BMR Dashboard, a solution to support asset managers in understanding their exposure under the EU Benchmarks Regulation (BMR). The company states that the new BMR Dashboard will be accessible through the online platform and aims to utilise relationships with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), national regulators and benchmark administrators to track the index landscape and generate reports for firms’ compliance needs.
