Revolut, FinTech, Financial Super-app, Investing, UK, Europe, Revolut BusinessThe Revolut Business Payment Gateway can now be integrated with BigCommerce. The integration will make payment processing smoother for online businesses and offer their customers a seamless checkout experience.

The combination will allow merchants to accept a range of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay. Customers can also make next-day settlements, accept payments and settle funds in more than 25 currencies.

It will also enable them to get high payment success rates and low transaction fees without extra refunds or fraud monitoring fees.

Revolut has said that the integration will also allow users to manage payments and see analytics in their BigCommerce admin dashboard, allow over 45 million customers to pay directly from their Revolut balance with a 98.5% authorization rate, and protect their business with PCI-DSS compliance and Revolut Business fraud monitoring tools.

How to get started?

If you use the BigCommerce platform for your online business, integrating it with Payment Gateway will boost your checkout experience at great rates. Here’s how to do it in 3 simple steps.

1. Sign up for a Revolut Business account and provide any necessary business information to finish your account setup.

2. Apply for Merchant services with Revolut Business. This will let you accept payments through your Revolut Business account.

3. Connect the Revolut Gateway module to BigCommerce.

  • Go to BigCommerce Apps & integrations → Revolut Payment Gateway → Get this app.
  • You’ll be redirected to the login screen. Select the store where you want to install the app.
  • Click Install to complete the installation.

4. Once the module is configured, test the Payment Gateway to ensure it’s working correctly. To do this, make a test transaction and verify the payment is processed correctly.

5. Your shop is now live and able to accept payments via the Payment Gateway. Your funds will settle directly in your Revolut Business account within 24 hours of each sale.
