Revenue Monster ties up with Boost to digitise F&B industry in Malaysia
By Leandra Monteiro
Malaysian FinTech company Revenue Monster recently announced a strategic tie up with e-wallet provider Boost. The partnership is aimed at expanding digital marketing opportunities for the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
Through the partnership, Revenue Monster will be integrating its core service – à la carte, into the Boost e-wallet. This means Revenue Monster’s F&B merchants will be able to tap into nearly 9 million Boost e-wallet users during the Ramadan season and beyond.
“This is a monumental partnership for us and our merchants as it helps usher in the next step in our plans to amplify reach for our F&B partners. The pandemic has undeniably shown us that digital is the way forward. At Revenue Monster, we have spent years helping thousands of businesses make that transition. Now, through this partnership we are unlocking even more potential of our digital tools by tapping into Boost’s vast user base to drive digital business for our merchants,” said Amanda Chin, Chief Executive Officer of Revenue Monster, according to media reports.
à la carte is Revenue Monster’s digitalisation service that enables businesses to set up their own online store. The à la carte solution which was launched in March 2020 amidst the first Covid-19 restriction, known as the movement control order (MCO) in Malaysia, has attracted a list of F&B merchants.
