By Megha Bhattacharya
Acquiring and payment processing services PXP Financial today announced the launch of Status Page. The new notification system is focused on the company’s incident management process and allows customers to see the status of services at all times. Status Page uses automation with an aim to improve the efficiency and speed of both internal and external communication around incidents and maintenance.
Koen Vanpraet, CEO of PXP Financial commented, “From a service perspective it’s a huge step forward. Never before has PXP Financial been able to provide customers visibility of the uptime of our services at all times. In the past there has been a dependency on the support team to communicate the current status of an incident, Status Page gives an element of control back to the customer as they can view the Status Page whenever is needed to check up on an incident or maintenance.”
According to PXP Financial, Status Page integrates with the company’s support tools Zendesk and Pingdom. This integration allows for notices and alerts to be shared through the tools themselves, increasing awareness of an incident and includes PXP Financial’s customer-facing portal.
Recently, PXP Financial and MoneyNet International (MoneyNetint) partnered to provide frictionless cross-border payment processing in the US and EU. The partnership with MoneyNetint will enable the latter to offer major global offer all major global credit & debit cards processing as well as a wide range of alternative payment methods such as vouchers, e-wallets, online and offline banking while achieving significant reduction of their operational cost since reconciliations and payment-related processes.
