🌍IBSi Global FinTech Innovation Awards (GFIA) 2025: Nominations Open!

Profile Software, an international provider of financial solutions, has partnered with The Access Bank UK Ltd for the deployment of its flagship Axia Suite, an omni-channel, end-to-end Wealth Management platform.

The implementation marks a key milestone in The Access Bank UK Ltd’s digital transformation journey, as it redefines client engagement and operational efficiency in its Private Banking Division.Profile Software

The Access Bank UK Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Access Bank Plc, one of Africa’s largest and fastest-growing financial institutions, plays a pivotal role in fostering international trade and sustainable growth. The bank offers a comprehensive portfolio of financial services, including Commercial Banking, Asset Management and Trade Finance, with a growing focus on delivering high-touch, technology-enabled Wealth Management experiences.

The deployment of Axia Suite will empower the bank with advanced capabilities across the entire investment lifecycle. The platform will streamline client onboarding through integrated digital workflows, accessible internally by advisors and externally via secure self-registration through the client portal. In parallel, front-office teams will benefit from sophisticated portfolio modelling and rebalancing tools, alongside order management functions that support trade bulking and allocation for efficient execution.

At the heart of the transformation lies Axia’s Digital Investments Hub (DI.hub) a powerful engine designed to enhance the digital client journey. Execution-only clients will have the ability to initiate trades directly via the mobile app, seamlessly interact with relationship managers, and access real-time, data-rich reporting through an intuitive user interface. This aligns closely with The Access Bank UK Ltd’s commitment to offering tailored, transparent, and user-driven digital experiences.

Back-office operations will be fully optimised through Axia’s integrated straight-through-processing (STP) capabilities from trade capture to settlement—ensuring seamless connectivity with counterparties and significantly reducing manual intervention, risks, and costs. The platform consolidates all Wealth Management operations on a single, integrated infrastructure, enabling the bank to scale with agility while maintaining rigorous compliance and data integrity standards.

Mr Jamie Simmonds, Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at The Access Bank UK Ltd, said, “The adoption of Axia Suite is a strategic move in our mission to strengthen and personalise Wealth Management services for our clients. We have been impressed by Axia’s depth, flexibility, and speed of execution. The platform meets our needs for customised portfolio solutions while supporting a superior client experience.”

Mr Evangelos Angelides, Chief Executive Officer at Profile Software, said, “We are proud to welcome The Access Bank UK Ltd to the Axia Suite community. This partnership underlines our shared commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and client-centricity. Axia is uniquely positioned to help forward-thinking financial institutions like The Access Bank UK Ltd navigate evolving market dynamics with speed and confidence.”

This implementation reinforces Profile’s strategic vision of equipping financial institutions worldwide with robust, future-ready platforms that drive digital leadership, client trust, and sustained growth.
