Profile Software completes Contemi UK rebrand

Profile Software has rebranded Contemi Solutions as Profile Solutions UK, completing a key stage in the integration of the UK-based investment management technology provider acquired earlier this year.

The move has strengthened Profile’s presence in the UK wealth and investment management market and has aligned Contemi’s operations under the Profile brand. The company has said the rebranding forms part of its broader strategy to expand its footprint across key financial services markets while enhancing its investment technology offering.

Contemi Solutions has served wealth managers, investment managers, private banks and custodians for more than two decades through its WIN platform. Following the acquisition, the platform has been integrated with Profile’s investment management technology portfolio, enabling the combined business to deliver a broader range of solutions to clients in the UK market.

Profile has said the combined organisation has been positioned to support clients through these transitions with technology designed to streamline investment operations and enhance scalability.

The rebranding has reflected ongoing consolidation within the wealth management technology sector, where providers have increasingly sought scale, regional expertise and broader product capabilities to meet changing client requirements.
