Profile Software has upgraded its wealth management platform, Axia, to redefine how financial institutions and wealth managers engage with data, clients, and markets, setting new benchmarks for efficiency, transparency, and personalisation.

The latest version of Axia introduces a suite of AI-driven innovations designed to elevate decision-making and strengthen client engagement. A next-generation recommendation engine provides proactive insights on investment opportunities, risk exposure, and portfolio adjustments by analysing client behaviour, market movements, and product availability. A meeting preparation assistant synthesises client histories, compiles agendas, and highlights key insights, enabling advisors to deliver richer, more meaningful interactions. In addition, a conversational text-to-info capability allows wealth managers to retrieve data, performance metrics, and compliance reports instantly through natural language queries. Together, these advancements establish Axia as a true digital co-pilot, freeing advisors from administrative burden and enabling a sharper focus on strategic, human-centric advisory.

These capabilities converge within the enhanced Client 360° module, which integrates data from multiple sources into a single, intuitive dashboard. Delivering visually rich KPIs and contextual intelligence, the platform provides a holistic and predictive view of each client, accelerating informed decision-making while deepening personalisation. Built on a completely redesigned Angular 18 user interface, the new Axia experience delivers lightning-fast performance, seamless mobile-first access, and advisor-optimised workflows that transform complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Complementing its AI innovations, Axia expands its functionality to meet the demands of an increasingly sophisticated investment landscape. New modules include pension and retirement planning tools for long-term wealth preservation and intergenerational strategies, IPO participation with access to public offerings, private equity and digital assets, as well as retrocession and fee transparency features that enhance rebate management and ensure client-aligned structures. Further enhancements deliver performance attribution and risk analytics for deeper visibility into portfolio drivers and risk-adjusted returns, alongside updated IFRS compliance capabilities to meet evolving global reporting standards.

Evangelos Angelides, Chief Executive Officer at Profile, said, “This major release of Axia is a strategic leap forward, reshaping how wealth management firms harness AI technology. It reflects our mission to deliver solutions that go beyond functionality empowering wealth managers with intelligence, clients with transparency, and financial institutions with the agility to grow sustainably in a dynamic market.”
