Profile Software

Profile Software, a provider of financial technology solutions, has upgraded its AI.Adaptive platform, introducing advanced agentic capabilities that transform intelligent automation across financial institutions and organisations. The enhanced solution enables near-autonomous operations, requiring minimal human intervention while delivering robust, bank-grade security.

The upgraded AI. Adaptive provides a modular suite of AI-powered services including Document Intelligence, Compliance Checker, Eligibility Checker, Transcription Tool, VaultRAG, and Text-to-Action designed to streamline workflows, strengthen regulatory compliance, and elevate customer experiences within a secure and scalable infrastructure.

AI. Adaptive operates either as a standalone platform or integrated with Profile’s FinTech suite, including Axia, Finuevo, Acumen.plus, Centevo, RiskAvert, and RegiStar. Its capabilities span banking, investment management, insurance, accounting, telecommunications, utilities, energy, healthcare, education, justice, transportation, and mission-critical defence applications.

The introduction of Agentic AI enables autonomous orchestration of workflows, proactive tasking, and enhanced operational clarity. The solution’s capabilities are organised into four strategic categories. Data and document processing modules automate the capture, processing, and interpretation of financial data, including document extraction, intelligent knowledge bases using retrieval-augmented generation, and audio-to-text transcription with financial term recognition. Decision support and client engagement modules provide actionable insights, next best action recommendations, meeting preparation, portfolio summaries, investment model evaluation, and end-user digital support. Compliance and eligibility automation modules ensure regulatory alignment with actionable guidance, while natural language interfaces and workflow automation modules enable intuitive commands, task execution, and real-time assistance.

AI.Adaptive equips organisations with real-time operational awareness through a unified view of data across systems. Its adaptive recognition and response capabilities detect anomalies and patterns, initiating intelligent automated actions. Autonomous tasking and decision-making enhance speed, accuracy, and overall organisational agility, allowing teams to focus on high-value initiatives while maintaining full compliance and governance.

The platform is fully customisable for financial institutions and multi-industry applications. Profile supports adoption with live demonstrations and case studies, showcasing practical benefits and operational impact. This upgrade also advances Profile’s broader vision for an AI Agentic platform: a compliance-grade marketplace of digital employees, engineered for the financial sector and scalable to industries requiring secure, governed, and automated operations.
