This collaboration equips financial institutions with real-time data and control, improving operational efficiency and decision-making.

With rising interest rates, tightening liquidity, and the surge in instant payments, effective liquidity management is crucial. Finastra customers can now leverage Realiti’s real-time capabilities to meet BCBS 248 intraday reporting requirements while optimising cash management, funding efficiency, and liquidity risk management.

The partnership also opens new market opportunities, expanding reach and strengthening client relationships for both companies.

“There is a clear synergy between Finastra and Planixs when it comes to cloud technology to help transform organisations and a shared desire to drive efficiency and growth,” said Herve Carrere, Chief Product Officer, TCM at Finastra. “The solutions from Planixs are complementary to our products, and this new partnership allows us to expand our technology footprint, ensuring our customers remain at the forefront of liquidity best practices.”

Neville Roberts, CEO of Planixs, added, “We are witnessing a paradigm shift in how financial institutions manage liquidity and navigate the complexities of modern transactions. Realiti has repeatedly proven its value to financial services firms. The insights and analytics derived from this data are transformational across all business units of a bank, including Treasury, Operations, Risk, Front Office, and the Office of the CFO.”

The widespread adoption of Realti underscores Planxis’ pivotal role in empowering financial institutions with data-driven decision-making capabilities. Its versatility extends across all payment infrastructures, including large-value payment schemes and instant payment systems, ensuring robustness and efficiency in cash and securities liquidity management.

For over 12 years, Planixs has collaborated with major players in the banking industry, consistently leading the field against larger fintech competitors.
