Cloud-native core banking and cards platform Pismo has appointed Malinda Robey as Vice President of Client Success and Delivery, a newly created executive position designed to strengthen customer experience as the company continues rapid international expansion.
The role consolidates implementation, onboarding, enablement, and client success under a single leadership structure, signalling a heightened focus on service quality as Pismo scales across ten additional markets in four regions. The move comes as competition intensifies among global banking-as-a-service and payments technology providers, prioritising faster deployment and measurable customer outcomes.
“As we scale into new markets at a record pace, we are investing in the end-to-end experience our clients expect,” said Rodrigo Melato, Chief Commercial Officer at Pismo. “We created this role to unify implementation, onboarding, enablement and client success under one accountable leader. Malinda’s two decades of post-sales leadership in enterprise software and SaaS make her the ideal executive to help our customers realise value faster and grow with Pismo.”
Malinda Robey, VP Client Success and Delivery, said, “For our customers, success isn’t defined by go-live, it’s about realising business value quickly and sustainably,” she noted. “Together with our teams, we’ll set a new benchmark for delivery excellence and client outcomes across the regions.”
The appointment aligns with Pismo’s strategy to support a growing and diversified customer base while maintaining satisfaction levels and accelerating platform adoption. Robey will oversee Delivery & Implementation, Strategic Accounts and Client Success operations, and will be based in Austin, Texas, reporting to Melato within the company’s Commercial Office.
