PFS’ Correos League Of Legends’ mobile prepaid solution goes live in Spain

London-based FinTech PFS has announced the launch of its Correos Prepago League of Legends’ digital payment product in Spain. The company stated that the product is live and aims to represent the thriving Spanish youth market. It is expected to become a parental FinTech solution in Spain to empower young people with a safe means of making online purchases.

The PFS Correos Prepago League of Legends’ product is available on iOS and Android where customers can apply for a Spanish International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

Sergio Ignacio Peinado Jimenez, Deputy Director of Digital Transformation & Data Analysis at Correos explained, ”From Correos, we have created our first digital card, intending to meet our more and more digital and young customer needs, especially those of League of Legends’ fans. FinTech PFS develops a range of mobile payment and wearable solutions securely and seamlessly by providing quick and easy integrations into mobile payment applications. Recently, Mastercard and PFS partnered with the Government of Jersey to develop a card-based stimulus scheme. The companies stated that eligible citizens in Jersey would be posted their own £100 PFS and Mastercard powered Spend Local Card that they can use in businesses across the island until midnight on October 31st, 2020.
