Pemberton taps Broadridge’s Sentry solution to scale private credit

Broadridge, Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP, Credit Management, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, FinTech,  USA, UKPemberton Capital Advisors LLP, a European private credit manager, has adopted Broadridge Technology’s Sentry Private Credit Portfolio Management solution. Pemberton selected Broadridge’s technology to help it gain greater operational efficiencies and scale its private debt and collateralised loan obligation (CLO) businesses to meet growing demand.

“Broadridge’s private credit portfolio management solution infrastructure was selected to enable efficient and effective scaling given Pemberton’s growth trajectory and the broader expansion of alternative credit as an asset class. The solution also offers the flexibility necessary to meet our investors’ transparency requirements,” said Anthony McKay, Chief Financial Officer at Pemberton.

Broadridge’s portfolio management solution for private credit and CLO management is purpose-built technology designed to streamline activities, including portfolio management, research, hypothetical position analysis, trading, and compliance across the entire investment lifecycle, optimising workflow efficiency.

Broadridge’s portfolio management for CLOs helps firms manage the deal pipeline, trade compliance and loan operations and provides insights that assist managers in making better investment decisions. Both solutions simplify and unify the front, middle, and back offices into a single integrated system.
