Payroc appoints Kevin Hodges as Chief Financial Officer

Payroc, a privately held leading merchant acquirer and global payment processing organization, has announced the appointment of Kevin Hodges as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mr. Hodges will lead Payroc’s expanding financial team and bringing to the firm, his significant public and private company experience in leading and integrating strategic acquisitions, raising debt and equity capital, and transforming financial organizations.

Most recently, Hodges served as a member of the executive team at EVO Payments, Inc where he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining EVO, Hodges held various senior leadership positions at Global Payments Inc. Mr. Hodges holds a Master’s degree from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School.
