Paymentology, a global issuer-processor, has announced the appointment of Tim Joslyn as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), succeeding interim CTO James Letley.
With a wealth of experience and a track record of success in technology-enabled ventures, Tim brings invaluable expertise to drive innovation and growth at Paymentology. As CTO, Tim will oversee the development and deployment of next-generation technology solutions for customers and partners.
Tim has over 25 years of experience as a technologist working across Europe and has built and exited several B2B and B2C businesses. In the past 10 years, he has worked primarily in the payments industry, operating alongside private equity, taking senior technology and product roles with Worldpay, Nets, ICBPI (Nexi), and Concardis, both advising on the initial transactions and then working to transform each business for their next stage of growth.
In 2017, he co-founded and was the CTO for the merchant acquisition company Pollinate, leading the technology and product teams. He built and launched Natwest Tyl in just 12 months before raising additional capital and expanding the business internationally to other banks around the world, including National Australia Bank.
Jeff Parker, CEO at Paymentology, said, “At Paymentology, we’re at an incredibly exciting time in our growth journey. As we strive to reach new heights and continue to deliver our leading next-generation payments on a global scale, having the right talent in key positions is paramount. Tim Joslyn, Chief Technology Officer, shared, “I have witnessed the impressive exponential growth of Paymentology for many years. The company excels in its field, leading the charge of delivering advanced payment solutions to help drive more access to financial products across the globe.
