Pave Finance had raised $14 million in an oversubscribed seed financing round, surpassing its original $10 million target. The funding has accelerated product innovation and underpinned the commercial launch of Pave’s advanced portfolio management platform, designed to transform the way advisors deliver personalised investment outcomes.

The financing attracted participation from former senior executives and board members of leading U.S. financial institutions, underscoring the market’s confidence in Pave’s mission to reshape wealth management through scalable, technology-driven solutions.

Advisors typically dedicate an average of 18 hours per week to portfolio management, a process that often constrains growth and limits client customisation. Pave addresses this challenge with its proprietary platform, which integrates an alpha-scoring algorithm, optimisation engine, and trading infrastructure to deliver highly personalised portfolios aligned with each client’s goals and risk profile. By automating ongoing investment management, the platform enables advisors to enhance returns, reduce volatility, and reclaim valuable time to focus on client engagement.

The software builds on more than 15 years of quantitative investment expertise, originally deployed to manage billions in assets at Pave’s investment arm. Leveraging machine learning, predictive analytics, and adaptive modelling, the platform translates these quantitative strategies into a self-service solution for advisors. As market conditions evolve, Pave generates actionable buy and sell recommendations, executes trades, and constructs portfolios that remain consistent with client benchmarks and risk parameters. Over the past 15 years, the investment model underpinning the platform has consistently outperformed the S&P 500 by an average of 285 basis points annually.

Since launch, the platform has been integrated with major custodians and is now being deployed across independent advisory firms collectively managing more than 60,000 accounts and $18 billion in client assets. Pave’s system currently monitors over 10,000 publicly traded securities worldwide, supporting equity and multi-asset strategies, while offering advisors advanced tools to exclude sectors, industries, or individual securities, incorporate tax considerations, and tailor portfolios to client-specific risk tolerances.

Christopher Ainsworth, Chief Executive Officer of Pave, said, “The market acceptance, acceleration of advisor adoption, and assets flowing into Pave underscores the strength of our industry-leading platform. These milestones highlight the meaningful impact we are making for advisors and their clients. Pave is transforming how portfolios are built, personalised and managed. This new injection of capital enables us to accelerate innovation, expand our capabilities, and further support advisors in delivering truly personalised investment outcomes at scale.”
