NMI selects Payroc’s Caledon platform for its Canadian market expansion
By Pavithra R
Payroc LLC and its affiliates, a privately held leading merchant acquirer and global payment processing organization, announced that their Canadian Integrated Payments Platform (Caledon) has partnered with NMI, a payments enablement platform, to provide a single-source solution to streamline and secure payment acceptance for ISOs, ISV’s, and Payment Facilitators expanding into Canada.
“Canada has always been the logical first market in any US-based technology company’s international expansion plans. We are both humbled and excited that NMI has chosen Payroc’s Caledon platform to further support and scale their partner’s needs in this growing market, particularly without requiring any development effort on the end of the clients,” said Marcus Dagenais, President, Canada at Payroc.
The main aim of the integration is to enable ISOs, ISVs, and Payment Facilitators to seamlessly and securely accept and manage payments in Canada while unifying payment data under a single integrated platform. Through the partnership, NMI will support Payroc’s growing client base with multiple MID functionalities, tokenization, batch uploading, virtual terminals, fraud prevention, and improved invoicing, shopping cart, and product management capabilities. The on-line merchant application will also enable expedited and easy onboarding for valued client accounts.
“We’re thrilled to be expanding our partnership with Payroc through this Caledon integration. Growing our range of processor connections to better serve our partner base continues to be a top priority for NMI. Through the addition of Caledon, our partners have the ability to further expand their reach into the Canadian market,” said Kyle Pexton, President of NMI.
Established since 2003, Payroc drives commerce for businesses with anytime, anywhere payment solutions. The firm provides transparent pricing clarity and prioritizes developing personal relationships while delivering integrated payment technology. According to company data, the FinTech serves over 30,000 clients and processing over $10 billion in annual card volume.
