NCR Corporation, a leading banking and commerce solutions provider, has announced that the company is integrating Kasisto‘s consumer banking virtual assistant (KCB) and its KAI platform, into its Digital Banking technology.

Customers are looking for immediate and convenient ways to bank, but still want experiences that are personalized and human. Automated conversational banking helps consumers to digitally engage with their financial institution and offers immediate access to banking services and financial insights through a virtual assistant. KAI is a digital experience platform that allows companies to create branded virtual assistants and chatbots that deliver personalized, intelligent experiences across multiple channels. It comes pre-packaged with financial skills and knowledge to create informed and effective conversations.

“KAI’s deep industry knowledge and human-like conversations enable banks and credit unions to deepen their digital transformation capabilities. Our partnership with NCR will allow financial institutions of all sizes to re-imagine their digital experiences from the edge of the digital banking application, to the digital core of how every bank operates. This, in turn, will ensure frictionless and stress-free banking interactions, promote financial well-being and deliver the digital experiences banking customers want, and financial institutions need,” said Zor Gorelov, CEO and co-founder, Kasisto.

Together, Kasisto and NCR’s technology intends to deliver a digital experience to all segments of the financial services industry that will assist customers, no matter where they are, what they need, or when they need it.

“As consumer banking trends evolve and demand for digital self-service continues to accelerate, our partnership with Kasisto will provide our clients with access to very powerful and meaningful digital experiences that deepen engagement and drive growth,” said Douglas Brown, SVP and GM, NCR Digital Banking.

Recently, The Police Credit Union selected NCR for elite digital banking experience.

Established since 1884, NCR Corporation is a leading provider of banking and commerce solutions. It provides enterprise led software and services in the financial, retail, and hospitality industries. NCR is a trademark of NCR Corporation in the U.S. and other countries. According to company data, its digital banking solution is being used by more than 600 Financial institutions.
