M2P Fintech makes third acquisition of the year with Syntizen

M2P FintechM2P Fintech, a Chennai-based financial services API platform for banking and payment, announced the acquisition of Syntizen, a Hyderabad-based identity verification service provider. The amount of the acquisition was left undisclosed by the companies. This is the FinTech company’s third acquisition of the year.

Syntizen is an identity verification company that aims at providing an Instant, Paperless, Electronic and Authentic Customer On-boarding Solution for any Industry with the help of UIDAI’s Aadhaar. Electronic Know Your Customer, Electronic Signing, Digi Locker and Aadhaar Pay are the major services that are a part of its Electronic Customer On-boarding Solutions (e-COS). Presently, Syntizen provide B2B Solutions to NBFC’s, Banks, HFC’s, Stock Brokers & other industries

M2P Fintech is an API infrastructure company that enables businesses of any scale to embed financial products in their customer journeys. Its agile platform allows businesses to quickly create and deploy FinTech products by simplifying the partnerships with Banks, PPIs, FIs, and other regulated entities. The company provides deep domain expertise with significant speed to market while maintaining the scalability, security, and reliability at the core of its offerings.

IBS Intelligence recently reported that M2P Fintech has acquired Finflux, a cloud lending platform.  With this acquisition, M2P Fintech said they look forward to rolling out advanced lending products that are secure, scalable, and cloud-ready and accelerate the adoption of next-generation digitisation and workflow automation.
