James Sharp, the London-based broker and investment firm has deployed technology from Aveni.ai to meet Consumer Duty obligations.

Aveni Detect, the AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based technology platform will ensure that James Sharp’s brokers and investment advisers are offering the right level of advice, and that customer interactions are monitored and vulnerabilities are detected.

James Sharp prides itself on enabling clients to make informed decisions about their money. Client service has always been at the core of the business, and the opportunity to ensure that this remains a key deliverable through the use of Aveni Detect. It will offer better quality service where any vulnerabilities or complaints can be identified and acted upon immediately. It is also essential to satisfy the data-demonstrable Consumer Duty regulations.
