iPiD joins Infinia to bolster Payee validation services in Latin America
By Gloria Mathias
iPiD, a global provider of payee validation services, has announced a strategic partnership with Infinia, a financial service provider in Latin America.
This reciprocal partnership enables iPiD to expand its validation coverage in key Latin American markets, including Brazil, while Infinia will leverage iPiD’s advanced API to enhance its payee validation services.
This collaboration marks a milestone for both companies. Through iPiD’s Validate API, Infinia will gain access to real-time payee validation, ensuring that their customers can confidently verify the identity of payees before making cross-border payments. In return, Infinia will support iPiD by providing localised validation capabilities in Latin America, further extending iPiD’s global reach and enhancing the accuracy and security of cross-border transactions in this dynamic region.
“We are thrilled to partner with Infinia, a company that shares our commitment to innovation and excellence in financial services,” said Damien Dugauquier, CEO of iPiD. “This partnership not only strengthens our position in Latin America but also provides Infinia’s customers with a powerful tool to reduce fraud and enhance the reliability of their payments.”
“We are excited about our partnership with iPiD, which is integral to enhancing our payout infrastructure. This collaboration not only ensures safer payments but also strengthens our commitment to providing secure, efficient financial solutions,” said Ianai Urwicz, CEO of Infinia.
Founded in 2022 by seasoned payment industry experts who were part of the founding team of d-local, Infinia provides real-time payment infrastructure. Backed by Y Combinator and other prominent venture capital firms, Infinia operates across four continents, providing secure and efficient payment solutions to tier-1 Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and payment gateways.
