Intuit Inc. has launched its Intuit Accountant Suite in the UK, introducing an AI-native platform designed to help accounting firms consolidate workflows, automate routine processes, and expand advisory capabilities.

Announced in London on 11 February 2026, the platform brings together client management, collaboration, service delivery, business planning and team management into a single environment. It is built on Intuit’s broader AI-powered infrastructure and integrates embedded AI agents with connected firm and client data.

The launch reflects growing demand within the accounting profession for unified systems capable of addressing operational fragmentation. Many firms continue to rely on multiple tools and manual processes for compliance, payroll, reporting and client communication, limiting their ability to scale and provide higher-value advisory services.

The suite enables accountants to query firm-wide and client-level data for operational insights, such as identifying profitable clients or assessing staff utilisation. It also supports automated task execution, including payroll processing and the generation of firm-wide or client-specific reports and dashboards.

Core features include consolidated client management through a single sign-on, customisable dashboards, role-based access controls, and unique client identification for streamlined tracking and billing. Performance optimisation is designed to support firms managing large client volumes. Beta features include “Books Close at Scale,” which standardises review and close processes, and AI-powered client insights offering analytics and benchmarking across portfolios. The platform also integrates with Intuit ProTax to synchronise books and tax data.

Further enhancements are expected in the coming months, including collaboration tools such as document sharing, integrated web conferencing and AI-driven note-taking, as well as AI-powered analysis and anomaly detection across payroll and accounts payable data.

The UK launch underscores Intuit’s strategy to deepen its presence in professional services by embedding AI capabilities directly into accountants’ daily workflows. As firms face regulatory complexity, talent pressures and client expectations for real-time insight, platforms that combine automation with advisory enablement are increasingly central to competitive positioning.

Intuit Accountant Suite is currently available to UK-based accounting firms at no cost. The company said future pricing will be determined based on functionality and market conditions.
