Inswitch, an embedded FinTech provider, announced its partnership with Banco Rendimento, a dynamic bank in Brazil, to launch a major offering of payment methods, allowing Brazilians travelling abroad to use the PIX system for purchases and payments as if they were in Brazil, throughout Latin America.

Through this significant partnership, Brazilians travelling throughout Latin America will be able to continue enjoying the payment experience offered by PIX in an increasing number of countries. The company is confident that consumers and businesses in the region will receive this payment method well, and its usage will rapidly expand, offering cost savings for merchants and Brazilian buyers across the region.

At a time when financial inclusion is increasingly essential for Latin American economies, we are proud to lead this movement and continue working with our partners to make PIX accessible to all.

“What’s most interesting for customers at the time of purchase is that they have full transparency during the payment process. They can see the amount in dollars and the final amount they will pay in reais before making the payment,” said Roger Ades, Director of Banco Rendimento.

“The growth of e-commerce in the region demands more and better payment options for companies and end consumers. At Inswitch, we are very proud to work alongside Banco Rendimento to democratise access to financial services with a payment method like PIX, which has already demonstrated effectiveness and robustness in handling transactions in a country like Brazil,” said Ronald Alvarenga, CEO of Inswitch.

Inswitch is an integrated financial technology, serving companies and organisations for the rapid deployment of their own digital financial services. With the Inswitch platform based on APIs, any company can choose the best solution for their specific needs.
