Ingenico launches range of scalable payments solutions
By Sunniva Kolostyak
Payments provider Ingenico has unveiled a new range of services to help digital businesses scale and increase payment conversion in the growing digital and subscription economy.
The services include cross-border payments at scale, payment performance analysis, Recurring Payments Suite and subscription payments, built for consumers who demand different payment options.

In order to address a range of needs, the FinTech has formed partnerships with third-party providers, including the biggest subscription and billing service providers, such as Zuora, Aria Systems, Vindicia and SAP.
Andrew Monroe, General Manager, North America, Ingenico ePayments, commented: “We are seeing a clear shift to digital in our everyday lives with more and more consumers turning to this medium for a variety of everyday needs. So, it is important that we help our digital businesses scale, increase their conversions and ensure their customers have easy and secure payments that match the offering they are purchasing.”
The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic is accelerating the demand for digital products and services further as the subscription economy grows. However, many digital companies struggle to apply their UX-driven business approach to the payment experience, particularly on a global scale, Ingenico noted.
By implementing the new services, digital businesses will be able to increase revenue and grow faster in new markets and segments through by providing the most convenient local payment options to end-users and global payment set up designed to increase payment conversion.
Cross-border payments at scale offers more than 150 payment methods and currencies, including unique local payment processing solutions in the biggest fast-growing markets, such as Russia, China and Latin America.
Payment performance analysis offers personalised and tailored payment performance analysis and recommendations, while the Recurring Payments Suite is built to make recurring payments secure and convenient for the digital subscribers and increase authorisation rates for cross-border payments.
Lastly, integration with leading subscription and billing systems provides consumers with secure and convenient payments globally.
The integrations with third-party providers will also enable Ingenico to offer a wide range of debit and credit card payments, as well as alternative payments methods (APMs) used in large and fast-growing markets.
