Temenos, Swiss RegTech Indigita SA, a provider of digital cross-border compliance solutions, has announced that its API solution is available on Temenos Exchange.

The Indigita API allows the implementation of fully automated cross-border compliance and tax suitability checks. With the collaboration, Temenos clients also gain access to legal and tax experts within the BRP Group, who can advise on specific cross-border and tax suitability questions.

Temenos Exchange brings innovation to market faster, and at scale. The ecosystem offers pre-integrated and approved FinTech solutions that can be easily deployed on top of Temeno’s open platform for composable banking, enabling banks to accelerate the creation of new financial services, while reducing the costs of development.

By using Temenos Wealth, Wealth Managers can differentiate by offering high-level services such as ethical and sustainable investments, in addition to delivering transparent reporting and implementing the right investment strategies.

The integration of the Indigita API through Temenos Exchange offers an easy and efficient way to create cross-border compliant investment proposals and orders in the pre-trade phase and perform detailed post-trade compliance analysis of existing investment proposals.

Martin Bailey, Director of Innovation and Ecosystems at Temenos, said, “Temenos Exchange acts as an accelerator for FinTechs and software developers, helping them develop, validate and monetize new banking solutions. The integration with Temenos and joining Temenos Exchange means Indigita can write once and be readily available to the thousands of banks globally that run on our platform.”

Nabil Hatimy, Head of Clients Delivery and Partnerships at Indigita, said, “Adding the cross-border dimension to the successful Temenos Wealth solution will further increase the value that wealth managers and private bankers obtain from the platform. Indigita’s availability on Temenos Exchange further extends our commitment to the banking community and enables Temenos customers to easily reap the benefits of our API solution.”
