Impactsure Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an AI-led financial intelligence infrastructure company, has launched SureMatch EDF, its intelligent Export Declaration Form and realisation management solution, at Global Fintech Fest 2026.

The launch comes ahead of the Reserve Bank of India’s Foreign Exchange Management (Export and Import of Goods and Services) Regulations, 2026, which take effect from 1 October 2026.

SureMatch EDF is an AI-assisted, bank-grade solution designed to support Authorised Dealer banks and corporate exporters across the complete EDF lifecycle. It connects invoice-data extraction, EDF generation and verification, submission to the Bank, Bank-level scrutiny, EDPMS processing, IRM/eFIRC mapping, export realisation monitoring, regulatory and business validations, exception handling and closure within a unified workflow.

The solution includes a Customer Facing Front End Module for exporters and a Bank Facing Back End Module supporting Branch, Middle Office and Centralised Back Office processing.

SureMatch EDF supports multiple submission journeys, AI-assisted extraction from invoices and EDFs, configurable validations, service-EDF aggregation, Maker/Authoriser/Bank workflows, full and partial realisation, cross-currency mapping and overdue monitoring. It is designed to integrate with the Bank’s existing customer channels, trade and remittance platforms, core banking systems, document repositories and regulatory processing environment.

“EDF is much more than a form-processing requirement. It creates a connected lifecycle across the exporter, the Bank, underlying invoices, inward remittances, regulatory processing and eventual closure,” said Subramaniyan Neelakandan, Founder and CTO, Impactsure Technologies. “SureMatch EDF brings intelligence and workflow into this process while retaining Human-in-the-Loop controls and keeping regulatory decisions with authorised bank users.”

Impactsure’s trade finance solutions are designed to be deployed modularly or end-to-end. Banks can implement specific capabilities for individual trade processes or use them together as a connected trade finance platform. The solutions can also operate as an intelligent layer over existing trade systems, adding document intelligence, Agentic AI, contextual validation, configurable business and regulatory rules, business process flow orchestration and Human-in-the-Loop decisioning without requiring wholesale replacement of existing platforms.
