HyperPay acquires Sanad Cash to enhance digital payment solution

HyperPay, a payments service provider in the MENA region, has announced the acquisition of Sanad Cash, a Saudi-based spend management FinTech platform.
This acquisition aims to enhance HyperPay’s service offerings to simplify and automate financial transactions for individuals and corporations. The payments services provider will closely collaborate with Sanad Cash to integrate their platforms and services in the coming months.
