GTreasury, a Ripple solution focused on treasury management, has acquired Solvexia, a no-code financial automation and analytics provider, in a move aimed at reducing manual processes across treasury, finance, and compliance functions. The transaction, announced on January 6, expands GTreasury’s platform to include automated reconciliation and regulatory reporting, addressing growing operational and regulatory pressures faced by finance teams.

The acquisition reflects a broader shift in enterprise finance toward integrated platforms that can handle increasing transaction complexity, tighter regulatory scrutiny, and the coexistence of traditional banking systems with digital assets. Many organisations continue to rely on spreadsheet-driven workflows for reconciliation and reporting, which can heighten operational risk, delay close cycles, and increase audit exposure.

By integrating Solvexia’s automation capabilities, GTreasury is extending its treasury management infrastructure to cover reconciliation across payment gateways, banks, ERPs, and internal systems, spanning both fiat and digital asset transactions. The combined platform is positioned to help organisations improve accuracy, accelerate regulatory submissions, and strengthen governance controls.

“Today’s acquisition of Solvexia removes the boundaries between treasury management, reconciliation, and compliance reporting,” said Renaat Ver Eecke, CEO of GTreasury. “Organisations shouldn’t rely on manual processes that introduce fraud risk, disclosure weaknesses, and audit exposure when automation can deliver near-perfect accuracy and complete transparency.”

The expanded platform also targets regulatory reporting challenges, particularly for multinational organisations operating across multiple jurisdictions. According to GTreasury, automation can reduce reporting timelines from weeks to hours while maintaining audit-ready documentation through embedded controls, approval workflows, and version tracking.

Adem Turgut, CEO of Solvexia, said,  “The partnership responds to the evolving demands on finance teams. Organisations are simultaneously managing traditional banking relationships and exploring digital assets, all while facing increasing regulatory scrutiny across multiple jurisdictions. The combination of Solvexia’s automation capabilities with GTreasury’s infrastructure ensures the platform is built for the future of finance.”
