Geojit Financial Services has partnered with MoEngage to transform its customer engagement capabilities. This collaboration marks a major step in Geojit’s digital transformation, modernising its marketing technology infrastructure with AI-powered, data-driven solutions designed to deliver personalised experiences at scale.

The initiative enables Geojit to evolve from a single-channel communication approach to a sophisticated, multi-channel engagement framework, delivering the right message through the right channel at the right time. MoEngage’s platform was selected for its robust capabilities, intuitive interface, and proven ability to generate rapid time-to-value.

The partnership allows Geojit to build a comprehensive 360-degree view of each customer, integrating complex internal data structures and multiple account types. Advanced analytics provide actionable insights into customer behaviour, enabling in-depth funnel analysis, optimisation of campaign performance, and reduction of drop-offs. Campaign set-up timelines have been reduced to under two days, giving the marketing team the agility to respond quickly to evolving market needs while maintaining regulatory compliance. The platform’s Auxiliary Data feature allows temporary, controlled storage of sensitive information, ensuring personalised communications, including regulatory emails, are delivered securely and in line with compliance standards. AI-driven customer journeys enhance onboarding and reactivation campaigns, optimising conversions and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.

With the support of MoEngage’s Professional Services Team, Geojit successfully launched its initial campaigns within 60 days, demonstrating the platform’s scalability and operational efficiency. Early results show improvements in push delivery rates and reduced uninstalls, reflecting the tangible impact of AI-powered, personalised engagement.

Jones George, Executive Director at Geojit Financial Services, said, “Our goal was to deliver personalised experiences that address the unique needs of our customers in the BFSI segment. MoEngage’s platform stood out with its ease of use, rapid deployment, and advanced analytics. Transitioning from a single-channel to a multichannel engagement strategy has enabled us to enhance operational efficiency and deepen customer connections, driving meaningful business value.”

Raviteja Dodda, CEO and Co-founder of MoEngage, added, “We are delighted to partner with Geojit Financial Services to advance their vision for an insights-driven, agile customer engagement strategy. Organisations today are seeking platforms that empower marketing teams, deliver rapid results, and provide actionable intelligence to strengthen customer relationships in an evolving financial landscape.”
